Terms of service
School content
Your school remains responsible for the records and content it adds, including having the appropriate authority and notices for student, guardian, staff, and payment information.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload malicious code, misuse communication tools, or use SchoolBase for unlawful activity.
Subscriptions and payment
Plans, prices, billing periods, renewal, and cancellation terms are presented during purchase. Questions about an account or invoice can be sent to support@schoolbase.live.
Service changes
SchoolBase may improve, update, or retire parts of the service. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes that affect active customers.
